How will my request be processed?

• Our product management staff may contact you directly to gather more information for your enhancement request.
• All enhancement requests are reviewed prior to each development cycle for each software release.
• Enhancement review decisions are based on merit of the enhancement to the full product audience
• If the enhancement is scheduled for a release then analysis/development/testing/piloting occur for the enhancement.
• However, even if the enhancement is scheduled for a release, the enhancement might still not make the release if issues are found with the enhancement during development/testing/pilot.
• We may request that the enhancement requestors participate in the analysis and piloting phases to validate the functionality of the enhancement prior to the release.

What happens if my enhancement doesn’t make the next release?

There are many enhancement requests in each release and Sedona tries very hard to get as many enhancements as we can into each release cycle. Unfortunately, not all enhancements make it into a release. If your enhancement doesn’t make a release then it will be re-reviewed for the next release.
